| Edifice Inspections, Inc. was organized with the mission of providing an
experienced and professional home inspection resource to the metro Atlanta real estate
industry and home buyer market. The company was formed with the commitment that
total professionalism coupled with certification by the
American Society of Home
Inspectors (ASHI) and the International Residential Code (IRC) would be the
foundation of the home inspection services provided to clients. The benefits provided to clients include receiving an independent professional
examination of the property to determine any observable major defects which
require repairs. Edifice Inspections then prepares a detailed computer generated
written report with digital pictures on the condition of the property.
Inspections are performed according to a strict
Code of Ethics which
protects the consumer from conflicts of interest and assures an independent
